You have two choices
Either you a) buy up the sell wall and build some momentum with that amount if you think the price can hold (if you create too much of a spread you'll likely over buy on the price) but if there's a large enough sell wall within a reasonable range it'll likely stick
Or B) you spread out your buy orders and have sellers have to drop their price for you. It'll take some time but you'll generally save more. However, if the price goes up and buyers pay more you'll likely get no coins and get left behind. On the contrary if they sell down to you they'll likely stall the price from moving up

The first of its kind in Crypto usually hits it big. As a "professional" you should recognize this. But instead, you are too quick to dismiss it and call it a meme shitcoin.

I was trading with BTC long before ETH, an educated guess did allow me to get extremely lucky and profit massively but I still had to put in 19BTC and do the research as to why it was worth investing in. I'll be the first to admit I got lucky with the price of ETH at the DAO but I knew that ETH would bring me a profit from my research so I invested heavy (for me at the time) in the ICO.
DOGE succeeded because it appealed to the meme community hoping to make BTC levels of money, I bought and traded DOGE and I loved it but ultimately it was a shit coin that shows how easy it is to hype something so much online that it can generate value. Add Reddit and the fact there wasn't a billion different cryptos at this time and you can see why it had its moment.
I agree 100% with the other stuff you write but an idea needs to be sold to people, even the dumbest of society would ask "whats the use of this" and will dismiss it the instant it doesn't serve a purpose.
To say it's the first of its kind is wrong though, there has been multiple political coins before this some of which actually did pretty well (Ron Paul)

Did you take a look at trumpcoin.com? It is going to be updated again, and they are cleaning up the dev team to make this thing a bit more transparent.
I've been trading for 3+ years. I'll tell you right now, Trumpcoin is one of the surest bets out there. Look at what happened last week. Even the mearest inclination of a media mention and it sent this coin to $1M marketcap.
Combine that with how topical and how meme-ish Trump is, and you have an explosive coin. Really all it depends on is if the dev team can pull it together and get a media mention. Afterwards its smooth sailing IMO

There are many unofficial fan, info sites for this coin. As long as they paint the coin in a positive light this is a good thing. Ideally the entire first page of Google will be sites we control, providing information and presenting the coin in a positive light. I'm not involved in any of the websites, but when I saw that text slapped on all the meme images that link to such an amateurishly presented website, straight to the donate page no less, it just irks me.
Maybe I shouldn't have said it the way I did in terms of it being official, but it was one of the sites that was created by the decent dev team when they took over, and is actually presented professionally, which is exactly the impression you want to bring across to anybody who hears about this coin.
The actual official trumpcoin.com website needs a lot of work too, the wallet images are blurry and stretched to all fuck, is it really that hard to hold shift while you're changing the image sizes so you preserve the aspect ratio?
If someones so braindead that they can't even do that what confidence does that give you in them managing an entire crypto campaign?
The bottom of the page ends messily too.
Honestly there's a lot of other issues with the site that need to be addressed.
Like that new coin logo, the old coin logo looks much more aesthetically pleasing and presentable.
The coin logo doesn't need to contain the whole name, just a recognizable symbol.
Having a lot of different sites and not knowing which one could be the proper site from an outsiders perspective can cause a lot of confusion and muddy up the message too.
You guys need to get a bit more serious about all of this sort of stuff if you want the coin to go places.
