Wait a few more weeks until after the UK conservative leadership contest is done and Article 50 is or is not put into action. That'll affect the price massively.

If you are serious, you'll want to check the price of silver at least several times a day, and be prepared to get some if the price is down. I don't buy unless it's $16 or lower
