im not indian but check to see if there are government subsidies/foreign aid available for this?
the government where i'm from (ontario, canada) subsidizes solar power. it's a long shot, but maybe the indian government is as corrupt as ontario's.

Yeah it does! That's why it's viable. I've crunched the numbers and its actually pretty profitable to do so in the correct states. I just need some insight in how to get started over there.
