Do you think there's a lot of racism in the business world and job market /biz/?
My school is #3 in the state of NY for business, but we get shit recruiters like chipotle at our job fairs.
My school is the #1 most diverse school in the country, and I think that might be part of the reason why. What does /biz/ think?

I don't think there's any racism. People just don't want to work with niggers and socialists because of the cancer they are.
Most likely the number 1/2 schools snatch up blacks Mexicans and Asians ect to add to the appeal. The more diverse the better it's all a numbers game and money talks

Last University of Pittsburgh job fair I went to had Target. Now I know you are thinking that's good corporate jobs. Nope! It was a district store manager trying to fill jobs like cashier and stock. I know because I worked there and went to college so I wouldn't have to work jobs like that.
