My stress is more efficiently divided if I can spend 2,3 maybe four days in a row at home doing whatever I want. I get that not everybody likes it, but I don't understand people that want to come 5 or 6 days in a row to work.
I work about 13 days a month and that's it.

I used to believe this, then my previous employer added mandatory overtime to our job descriptions and we had to come in for 12 hour days on our regular days off. On top of a 90 minute commute, this was unbearably taxing on all workers.
It worked out to something like 5 or 6 12-hour days and one or two days off, never in a row. The job paid well but the turnaround was ridiculous - nobody stayed for more than 2 or 3 years unless they had a family to support and those that did were showing clear signs of insanity (constant talking to themselves, wild emotional mood swings for seemingly no reason, etc). I did 9 years and finally resigned after they started advancing others beneath me and without the proper qualifications - a real kick in my moral's nuts.
