I tried applying for a Discover IT credit card online but was declined because of Collections or a Charge off. The only thing that comes to mind is a hospital bill I was charged $700 for. I was punched in the back of the head by a nigger, and went to the emergency room only to have a doctor tell me I needed an ice pack for the swelling to go down.
That was back in July of 2013. I know that the statue of limitations for these type of things is 7 years, this happened in Texas which only has 4 years. Now my question is will the charge off be removed from my credit report after 4 years? Will it be removed at all?
