You won't get advice like this on 4chan, especially /biz/, let's look at the reality most of here are NEETs or underaged, I don't believe that you have yet the skill to filter out shitty advice and good advice.
I mean, the advice here is frugal living, "safe and stabilized" income and Robert Kiyosaki book.
In my opinion, I might be wrong or somebody might have a different opinion an individual should raise the income, instead of lowering the outcome.
if you have a business or you need a car for being a real estate agent then sure, live as frugal as you can till that moment that you can Invest in your further life, but living as a poor man your whole life, just so when you're pulling the trigger, you'll die knowing that you have a 7 figure sum on your bank account is not life and not worth it.
