Should I get an economics degree, /pol/? I'm probably most interested in economics than anything else but not sure if it will get me anywhere in life.

Do a math degree with a focus on statistics. For your elective or optional classes pick mainly economics with even more statistics.
Take some accounting classes too, it's relatively easy.
That should give you a good broad base to launch into a bunch of different careers when you make up your mind but still stay within spitting distance of your sphere of interest.
