No, that would actually be illegal. Robinhood graphs are just shit and only show you an average, not-really-realtime price. To get Bid/Ask prices and important things like candlestick graphs, you should use a more robust platform.

Here's the IRS requirement to be considered a day trader vs an investor:

Judging from the charts, it keeps going up and down a penny or two, the patterns look predictable, at 10 000$ if it goes up a penny, he stands to gain around 250$ ish, he can sell at .42, buy back at .41, lather rince and repeat.
