graduating college next year, will have 6k in total debt but have 10k so ill end up. barely got an internship this summer and i'll have one more year at schhol starting in september. My goal is to build up as much residual income as possible. I just want to get checks every month without any effort at all. I want to get paid forever for something that i've done a while ago. Theres probly a better term for this i dont know it. Can someone tell me what to do to get the most of this type of income? the only thing i can think of is dividends paid to cash or like royalties from writing books. Thanks /biz/

It's a shitty application of the word. Arguably, any application is because the concept doesn't make a whole lot of sense.
It sees a lot of use an an insult for something undeservedly popular. He's using it as a pejorative term for 75% of the books because he thinks those books are overrated.
