Oh. But he's a billionaire now isn't he
>>
Cuban is one lucky motherfucker. He started a niche company with a good domain name in a time with shit competition, then got insanely lucky that Yahoo offered such a high amount for such a shitty company.

Had it not have been the deal with yahoo he would probably only be worth around 7 million.

Pretty sure you could easily live on 6 million for the rest of your life if you wanted to.

What's wrong with enjoying life the way you want to?

It's about the hunt. It's a sad facet of human psychology but true.

Men, we like to hunt. And it doesn't matter if we have enough meat for ten lifetimes. The thrill of the kill will stay with man for life.

When I was poor I used to scoff at this idea. Now that I have money, I still work. It doesn't make any sense, but it is what it is.

>>1353572 Is probably right, just not on such a general scale. The fact is that people get bored in retirement. The average NEET might be able to be content in that situation, but the fact is that those aren't the types of people who end up in those situations to begin with.

Honestly, I'm just lazy enough to get a decent paying job, and frugal enough to save a large portion of my income for retirement, so if I retired super early, I could probably enjoy a long time of the NEET life. But even then, I'd get bored with it and probably either go back to work or volunteer. Or breed dogs, do woodworking, etc.

hedonism will destroy a person
