Are people memeing when saying you should do only a few things for productivity's sake? Can only autists work on one thing for 10 hours in a row?

I can do it with nothing more than coffee.
However the catch it: it only works sometimes.
On most days I procrastinate hard. I wish I could unlock the secrets of productivity. I guess the true secret is to just do it. 10 hours a day are definitely possible. Did it often enough. Wish i could do it consistently.

I must be autistic then because I prefer to spend the entire day on a project instead one hour on eight. The latter I feel like I'm constantly interrupted and forced to waste time switching gears.
