Im doing my own business with my brother. He's the only one I can trust.
The other people I know arent driven or reliable enough.

I think you're best off finding people who attempt to start a business themselves.

I'm a PHP novice. I know enough to fix bugs or add small features to code written by Freelancer.com Bangladeshis/Indians. I'm tired of working with them though.
