I found this coin stuck to a nickel at work the other day. I have no idea what country it's from or if it's even a currency. Anyone know about it?

It's Indian, you can see the Hindu Aum outside of the star in the second picture.
It isn't currency though, all Indian coins before independence would have had the British monarch's ugly mug on them, and before and after independence they would have a value and a date recorded on them.
This is probably just some commemorative coin or tourist tat from an Indian state and I doubt its worth anything.
