What does everyone think about the potential for gold in the near future? What about gold production companies, most notably ABX (Barrick)

I was looking at putting 10 or maybe 20 thousand dollars into ABX and kind of just watching the market, maybe getting about around 20% growth, I dunno if I have the stomach to hold out much beyond that even though I'd be surprised if it didn't go up more than that.

anyone got any physical?

bought 4.2ozt at ~£720 in 2014.
with it being roughly 40% up i figure it's a good time to get out of gold and into some blue chip while people are still running.

thoughts? are you holding (possible referendums across euro - scotland)? selling (panic beginning to settle)?
