I'm not paying more than 20 dollars on electricity and I have about 4 decent rig PCs around the Intel 5 score and running 24/7. But my google-fu skills are lacking and so is my knowledge of cryptomining.

Can I run multiple mining instances on the same computer?
Is a "chain.info" wallet secure enough? can I buy physical coins and hold them?

You download the miner and just click to start mining. They offer a bunch of different types of coin you can mine.
They also offer smart miner that mines whatever is the most profitable at the time.
Either way once you have a good amount of coin you can use the exchange to turn it into any coin you want including btc.

On the miner click other pools and add it.
The other coins you are already in a pool. If you go to the dashboard online you can see how many miner's and the pool speed.
