I have $2500 to drop on a stock
I'm thinking barclays or Lloyd's
Is this a decent investment?
Like obviously it's gonna bounce back but will it do it soon

Earlier I was pissed that my stock account was closed so I couldn't invest in Lloyds bank tomorrow - now I see how many others are also going to invest in that stock.
My prediction tomrrow:
At 9:30 you need to buy the stock at the opening price. Seems like so many people are buying Lloyd's so the stock will raise big time. Then I think towards the end of the day it will start going back down.

The HSBC ftse100 is only down 4% as opposed to barclays and loyds being down close to 30%

Guess you could say I'm a conservative investor. I wouldn't touch banking stock from the UK since it's too risky right now but I'm guessing you're more inclined for risk.
I tend to buy the whole haystack rather than trying to find the needle.
