Nothing really, this practices is called exhage arbitrage and is really profitable, it something that hapens in unregulated markets like this where the same goods are sold in different marketplaces and the price is highly volatile.
But in the case of yobit there is a rumor that those waves are not real waves, so If if were you I would be very cautious with that concrete arbitrage strategy. Also yobit has low volume, so the simple act of you buying a large amount would cause the price to go up si this price difference would be exploitable once or maybe twice at best.
