I am about to take over a small business in the UK. The industry is a bit of a niche but there are a couple hundred similar businesses across the UK almost all poorly run with no ambition, who like the people I am taking over from seem to be against running their business well for profit.
I feel like there is a real opportunity to turn this business into a market leader in the UK . Does anyone have any resources and books for how to create a big brand from almost nothing in an empty market.

Cuirassiers are no longer needed really. You know, it's 2016 and we got tanks, planes, rockets etc. Even if you would be able to make best cuirassiers ever, now it's not the time, really.
Sorry for you. I imagine that the truth must be terrible for you.

Imo you should liquidate the company upon seizure and invest in kneepads and Trumpcoin
Haha you cheeky cunts. Im on my phone and my background is all I have.
I should also mention, as well as the service we are currently in, there are other similar services we can easily expand to and offer all under one roof/brand

I thought that a real cuirassier do not use phone. You must be bad at your business because you do not fully devote yourself for a service. You, sir, are worst cuirassier alive I think. This is why you won't succeed.

I know it's not good time to start on the market and everyone needs a niche, but what the fuck? Have some decency.
