how attainable is building a house like this? it's a render I think but it doesn't look that expensive one could build it for less than 5 million probably.

Depends where you live.

Labor is fucking cheap in USA because of all the cheap ethnic labor.

The same thing would probably cost about 5x more USD in Australia.

Working scum could just walk up to any house, and 'know where that person lives'.
