No, that would actually be illegal. Robinhood graphs are just shit and only show you an average, not-really-realtime price. To get Bid/Ask prices and important things like candlestick graphs, you should use a more robust platform.

Well the market is reacting pretty confidently that a stay is certain. 3/4ths of a percent on $SPY and -10% on each VIX ETF is pretty telling.

True, but the market is already pricing in a remain vote. Even if they vote to stay, the markets might rally slightly before going back to focus on other things. If a leavei vote is announced the drop will be huge.
Not much downside risk to playing for leave but huge upside.
