An uncle I barely knew died. I apparently have a trust fund now.
I get $1000 a month till I'm 30, and then I have access to the assets, which are mostly dividend yielding stocks and some accumulated dividends.
I'm a NEET with no qualifications, so this is pretty much manna from heaven.
But what should I do with it?
I'm already planning to move to a cheaper place like Southeast Asia or Eastern Europe, so I should be able to live well on it, but I don't want to just slowly drain my inheritance. In these circumstances, what should I do to increase my income?

Listen to these words of wisdom OP. Since you are a NEET it might take you 8-10 years of working to the top mastering a profession you go in but if you have a competitive spirit and balls you won't have to work past 30.

Whenever I go to southeast Asia I get so many ideas about small businesses to start with my local version of extreme wealth and outlandish ideas. Seriously, if you backpack around these places for a while, you'll think of something.
Until then, I'm unsure what I'd recommend for buying opportunities. I'm mostly in stocks but you may want to hold off a year, we're overdue for a proper correction.

I calculate that I can save $500 dollars a month while living in a studio apartment and taking taxis and eating in restaurants on a regular basis. I can also afford to have all my clothes washed and dried by a laundry, and could have a maid come in once a week. This would be in somewhere like Jakarta, Bangkok, Manila, or Saigon.
30 full days of labor or research time, an internet connection, and $500 dollars, which would have a local purchasing power of close to $2000 in wages and local or Asian-produced goods. Repeat every month. What sort of projects could I start?
