What do you guys think of real estate?

Currently 20 working for an agent at Keller Williams. Ok pay, great commission every time we sell a place.

It's mad profitable.
Guy across the street from me is trying to sell his place for some obscene amount right now.
Even if he gets half of what he wants, we still benefit.

Closing up an open house now, it's great money if you have people skills, are a natural salesman and don't mind working nights and weekends with insane clients, it's often overlooked because most people make no money doing it part time or as a second career after they hit 65, but for a young person there's a lot of opportunity. Exposure to the market is high but it takes far less education than similarly paying jobs if you work enough volume. Loving it so far, got my license as soon as I hit 18, been working summers and winters out of uni when I wasn't an intern elsewhere

No, but people are.
Artificial islands, pontoons, you name it.
Isn't there some airport in Japan or something that is on a pontoon?

Not an introvert's job then, eh?
I used to have something resembling people skills, then I got stuck in a third shift job where I only see on average of 5 people a day and speak to only half of them.
