They don't deal well with movies or tv that have a slow or subtle buildup to a meaningful climax, and they need something visually interesting to be constantly happening or they lose interest.
So, suppose that an entertainment company put together a plot that was basically on the level of GoT or House of Cards, but with actual porn instead of just softcore sex scenes. Do you think that this would hit enough of a demographic to be worth filming, producing, and streaming? Do you think that something like Netflix would touch a show that had a ten minute anal scene in an episode? Would it make money?
Netflix has already carried Nymphomaniac and Irreversible without censoring any bits.
The biggest problem is finding great actors who would be willing to do hardcore on camera.

Also, while I personally kind of like your idea, I think it's probably a very small niche.
If you're trying to make some kind of more sophisticated pron you should leave out stuff like

I think if you really want to combine the two you should... actually take some effort to *REALLY* combine them.
So, a series with some part of the plotline requiring a lot of nudity/sex. An adult murder mystery set in a strip club?
Then you can have your several minute anal scene... But it's part of some victim's flashback, with the detective seeing clues as it happens, even with his dick out re-enacting the scene himself (adult Sherlock lel).
I can think of many other scenarios - some extreme bondage situation which is getting out of hand, the instigator is actually a killer, something is going to go wrong... Then you can have the race as the good guy is finding clues that lead him to the location, interspersed with realistic porn level bondage (but with the added element that the viewer might be expecting something really gruesome to happen, the kind of which would obviously not happen in regular porn... Hmm, you could really ramp up the tension here in a way that regular porn could not.)
I had this idea before and tried to put pen to paper. Basically, the problem I had was that there were two separate phases to the writing, quality writing and porn. There's really only so many ways to describe a sex scene, so you're basically just taking a break from the plot to describe some fucking before getting back to the real story.
It's entirely possible that I'm just not good enough of a writer to do it, or that you shouldn't write about things you're not very experienced in. Definitely some of the best fap sessions

Sure the sex would eventually all be the same, but the important part would be what leads to the sex and the conditions under which the sex occurs. As long as the lives of the characters tangled up with each other with everyone fucking everyone else but in secret it should work. Something like a soap opera porno. There are a plethora of scenarios you could build on.
For example, a dude is fucking a chick who is cheating on her fiance because she doesn't really love her fiance. Then the fiance comes home and now the guy is hiding in the closet watching as the girl starts fucking her fiance. It could even be filmed as if the audience was in the closet with the guy.
You could have people trying to satisfy weird fetishes, stalking and voyeurism, hate fucking scenarios, incest, rapey stuff. The possibilities are endless but the import part is what leads up to it. The whole plot would be about people trying to get off and so when the sex scenes start to get repetitive they'll still feel somewhat important.

Start-up costs would be really high, given the ADD of today's generation I don't think they'd stream an entire movie.
The genre you're describing existed back in the days of adult movie theaters (like house of flesh).
If you're serious about this just do what the Brazzers guys did in the beginning. They were all in Toronto and contracted out the filming, actresses, etc all in Miami without ever stepping foot down there. They got the rights to the video and knew the coding to get the sites up and running.
The market is so saturated now though I can't see how you could break into it.
