Just the 4th ICO scamcoin to launch within the past month.
The failures of Lisk, DAO, and Waves are a pretty good indication that Rise isn't going to be much different.
It doesn't actually do anything, none of them do.
If you didn't already buy in, don't buy now. If you did buy in, sell it as it hits the exchanges.
