So the past few years I've been making a living off of forex, crypto, arbitrage betting, trading securities, and investing in various securities/funds. I was considering selling a guide where I detail all this stuff (including which specific securities and funds I recommend the most) but I have a strong feeling it's going to run afoul of some laws so am instead just keeping this stuff to myself.

I understand why the laws are in place though but it just sucks feeling so censored in whats supposed to be first-ammendment speech.

Why would you need to sell advice if you could use it yourself?

just tell us

you can.. be one of those financial coaches.. its a service like any other and requires $$$

I'm leaving the online money game and getting into real estate investing

If it were that easy I would. I'm worried about stuff like the SEC going at me because of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Investment_Advisers_Act_of_1940 and more. I should probably talk to a lawyer about this.

then talk to a lawyer, he will give you much more and on point insight than a bunch of neets in a mongolian horse breeding online forum, and it will probably be worth the investment

either get the certs to become a "financial advisor" and take the liability, or fucking have a disclaimer "not a god damn financial advisor dont listen to what i say but still buy my book".

Just make an e-book and email to people who send you BTC
