Definitely is. Monthly downpayment on the cabin is 100usd. Total cost was 23k usd. So I can actually buy cabins and earn money on doing so.
i think its bretty good so far.. is there any horror stories about it? Like, the tenants reking your cabin, after a hard party

Do you pay any kind of tax anon? How does exaclty airbnb works?
Host here. In Texas in Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex.
We converted a garage/storeroom into living quarters and soon thereafter we heard about Airbnb. First 2 years we made some money but when stories about them going public got a lot of press, listings came rolling in. We are booked up to 20 days a month which is about as much as we want to be booked. 90% of our guests are 1st time users of Airbnb. Very pleased and Airbnb staff are very good at resolving issues. We have hundreds of positive reviews and have met a lot of nice people both international and domestic.

Do you allow black people to stay?
Me and my gf rent out our lower in-law. We now charge $150 a night. She quit her job and runs the airbnb fulltime. Pays all our rent plus some.
