now, tell me a good reason to not buy the best italian's bank (note: it is impossible to fail because the government could help) in this moment
with the exit or less of the uk from europe, the stocks will fly up in each case. right now the value is 1.97 but it's discounted price

I would be hesitant about any euro bank. They were basically forced to buy government bonds of the PIGS. You are at the mercy of the italian government if the banks start to fail. You can trade on volitility though.
