How can one profit on the whole Brexit ordeal? I keep thinking there must be some way to make a bet on this "Big Short" style.
If the vote is to remain then long cable as it has accumulated massive short positions otherwise stay on the sidelines as there will be to much uncertainty.

Uncertainty is a problem.
I closed all my normal positions and shorting a few ETFs.
I am going to buy in cheap when brexit hits.
Why not just bet directly?

Is there a VIX for europe?

Apparently there's three separate euro vol indices, but none of them offer ETNs, not even normal, let alone leveraged. FFS.

CBOE has patent on VIX and its calculation I believe, which entails punishment if anyother similar index is made and traded even on non S&P 500 index.

shoot me if im wrong, dax and cac has fell pretty much the last days, 6% I think. If UK stay, long on theese should be cool I guess. If brexit, dajm son. Short. No telling how far or how the fluctuations will be thought. Gold/silver should rise because of this.
