I've been working salaried for 3 years and I've never counted lunch break as part of my time. Should I be? Or maybe it's a Europoor thing because you guys are much lazier.

From what I understand here in Canada, majority of people never get paid for lunch break. From a legal perspective companies dont even have to pay your breaks. They just have to provide them in accordance to labour laws.
