Through some of my experience with negotiating with them I find that the won't work with you on price. They always want premium for used good's. So what's there weakness?

There isn't any really. They are cheap and see negotiation as a zero sum game. Tell them all the problems with their shit and tell them there price is much high than the market value. They normally won't get offended by lowball offers like whites do so offer low price first.

I went through tainan once in southern taiwan, i turned up at this hotel which had a sign outside saying 250NT$ per night, so I went in and they tried to charge me 400NT so i said I'll find another hotel and walked out like a proud white man. the owner came running out in to the street after me "ok ok 250".
always remember that they need you more than you need them. if the price is too high you can go somewhere else.

If you would have said "No, 200!" do you think he would have accepted? I mean he did try to ask more from you so you should have offered less in return.
I'm guessing you didn't do it just because the difference wasn't relevant; but why not just for the sake of it. Not saving money, but imposing yourself. Really curious what would have happened.
