But I have some questions.
What happens if the state provides services for poor people, like in state capitalist countries like china but those are so poor people can be hired and have a job, a basic income making the goods and services they will later buy.
What happens if next to those public sector there's also a normal private sector, like any normal capitalist country?
Has anyone tried this in history?

When the state controls the oligarchs, there is no "normal" private sector like in a free market.
The private sector is entirely at the whim and dictated by the few state oligarchs.
These systems promote corruption, favoritism, & kill innovation.

Job security and political favors. Look at VA, most the folks who get put in charge are usually ones who have had connections donate huge sums of money to who ever is in office at the moment. Not to mention political quotas to fill spots vrs actual ability.

I have a lot of family who are retired military, my uncle said it's also because public sector Unions prevent incompetent people from being fired. Every now and then you get a guy, who does what a public servant should be doing, but they are the minority.
The reason they public will always be less efficient is because private companies don't have endless budgets, and private companies can fail. Private enterprise is to make money, and by outdoing your competition you make the most money, it just so happens that by outdoing your competition, you will most likely have the best service.

Hey let's make a gigantic government run insurance company for the poor. Just a cheaper government option and we'll tax everyone to pay for it. I'm sure it'll be run well unlike the DMV or Postal Service. I'm sure spending won't get out of hand like the military. Also I'm sure every employer won't switch their plans to this artificially cheaper government program. Oh! Guess what? Everyone will have the same insurance people with jobs and people who do nothing, so great for equality. Sounds great.
