Because you need a willing buyer, fuckwit. You don't just get to sell a stock at whatever price you want. For all you know, the bid (if any) will be far below what you paid.

If the price is so illiquid that your own transactions are causing the price to move then it is unlikely that you would be able to consistently sell all your stocks at that premium price in a timely manner.
