It's standard to not label these charts, or you can take the "August 7th 2015=100" as the labeling. Basically it means that all other values are stated as the percentage of the 8/7/15 value. So you can interpret this as bitcoin being worth twice as many USD in late May 2016 as it was in August 2015, and ethereum being worth nearly five times as many USD in late May 2016 compared to August 2015.

Again this is a standard chart.
