The securities fraud is to do with making sure she can charge the clients fees by making sure they defer losses in the next month. Doesn't change the fact that they're able to make sick dosh in the markets on a pretty consistent basis.

Crazy memers don't get that futures is a stupid way to lose alot of money. People can't tell what the market is going to do on the day-to-day. Futures trading is just gambling. At least in Vegas you get free drinks.
