>tfw global growth is stagnating because boomers refuse to retire and are least likely to spend/consume to fuel economic growth
>tfw once they cash out their retirement accounts the entire global economy will crash because boomers are more likely to actually have any investments or savings than millennials

The next big crash is going to happen. Just a question of what event will cause the boomers to panic and sell
>>
No need to fear, boomers aren't dying any time soon.

Immortality is practically here already, as living to be 100 is no big deal now. Hell my grandfather who smoked a pack a day lived to be like 80 something. You can start worrying about those problems when we get to 2055.

So the generation that saves and provides capital for lending and investment is "bad" while the generation that YOLOs and refuses to save or invest is "good."

That some masterful denial, Millennial faggot.

Go to bed grandpa. You've got another war you won't fight in or pay for to squeal for tomorrow.

>while the generation that YOLOs and refuses to save or invest is "good."

Save with what? Most are in negative equity because of student loans which they'll never realistically pay back in time thanks to the proliferation of low paying and unsecure jobs.

Not everyone is going to have a Fortune 500 job. And on the freelance "self employed" side people will be competing with the Chinese and Indians who'll simply undercut you with their wholesale rates thanks to their devalued currencies.

The only reason why everything hasn't gone to shit yet is because most millennials are still supported by their parents/family one way or another.

Get your facts right before you argue, grandpa

Older generations birthed and raised the youth and any failing in the latter can be directly attributed to the former.

>I created the cultural and economic climate this generation was born into and is now attempting to cope with, but it ain't my fault, god dammit!

Whatever loser.

This is a tremendous philosophy. Why take responsibility for anything in your life when you can just blame it on your parents?

Enjoy poverty, faggot.

The oldest millenials were in high school when the death knells of the American economy were heard. They're not taking responsibility because no millenials were old enough to be considered part of the adult population when the "greatest generation" chose to outsource production and promote the "global economy" in seek of higher profits, rather than supporting the local economy and product quality in lieu of a 3% higher profit margin.

Doesn't really matter, though; we are where we are because of the Boomers, but millenials will be the ones to bring about meaningful reform in the next 20 years, don't worry. Then you can bitch and gripe about how much better things were in your day, when those of us with a brain all realize that you annuitized the future of this nation in the hopes you'd be able to afford a McMansion and a Corvette in your retirement.
>>
>>1277964
global growth is "slowing" because after a while, it gets harder to make the same returns with money as you keep making money
>>
>>1278057
>the death knells of the American economy
Kek. Typical childish exaggeration. Child cry over everything.

Unemployment is low, inflation is nonexistant, wages are flat but stable, and the ROI on reyail investments is incredibly high. This is as good as it ever gets.

And you faggot whine and protest because you can't afford the newest iPhone due to your Netflix bill being too high. Fuck you, you soft gay pansy,
>>
>>1277964
this doesn't make any sense
>they have savings
>they gonna spend them before they die
>economy will crash because no spending
wat?
