I'm up at 6 with Waklert and a pot of coffee, but that's mainly because that's when the hangover hits.

Exercise daily. Make it a conscious effort even if it's just stretching for 5 minutes - it must become HABITUAL or impulsive.
Eat healthily.
Keep things in perspective.
Read The One Thing - remember that there IS a path to where you want to be, and you're either ON IT or OFF IT with every single action you take.
Make time for friends and family or you will be miserable and not motivated.

This is so important. Unlike this guy, I'm at my best when I wake up at 5am. Thats when I start studying and working on my own personal projects. Even though by the last hour of work I'm losing steam, overall I've accomplished more throughout my day.
I also know a guy that wakes up pretty late and stays up most of the night doing all his work. Find something that works for you.
