The Medical community restricts the number of total doctors. The Law community used to do the same, and now they don't so they are currently having a glut of lawyers.
But anyone can get a RE license. I've met retards that have an RE license. There are more agents than their are homes for sale. And it's boom or bust. Lotta RE agents quit during 08 - 12.
