Anyone know anything about ABC cards? I live in Tennessee and

Anyone know anything about ABC cards? I live in Tennessee and I have to pay 90 dollars to get one. But I might be moving to Arizona soon, does of carry over to other states?

I lived in TN and was a server.

The card does not carry over to other states so if you serve somewhere else you have to get the card all over.

Its a fuckin racket.
