At first, I was supporting the Trumpster. Read his book and respected the model game. Also, even though he could of easily made more just being a playboy and indexing his inheritance (SPY). But he decided to work. I digress.

Being a member of the landed gentry of this country I use foreign labor. Hell paying an American born contractor with journeymen wages just doesn't make any economical sense. Juan and the crew renovate for far cheaper and often times above par quality.
Throw in that in my native SF Bay Area we have a shortage of restaurant workers, we need more Immigrants! Sorry trump I'm out.

A topic involving supply and demand for labor. Real estate economics. Geopolitical issue. The opportunity to use less capital during the renovation of a literal cash cow.
