so I'm new to stock trading and have noticed a lot of hype surrounding CERU here. Because of this, I went over to yahoo finance to check it out and noticed that CERU's p/e was negative. Doesn't this mean that the company is having net loss? If so, how is the stock profitable? Any and all comments would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Hi welcome to Biz. First things first on penny stocks dont look at Fundamentals you'll never make money. Their penny stocks for a reason.Second dont buy into the stocks you see on Biz without doing your own research and coming to your own conclusion. Most of them are Meme stocks, IE pump and Dumps.

thanks for the explanation, it makes a lot of sense. if i was a shareholder in CERU, would i have any info on what drugs were being tested when? or would my money be basically at the hands of the company with me in the dark. for example, if they were testing a new drug, would they let their shareholders know just in case some of them didn't think that the drug would pass fda standards or something?
CERU is a pharmaceutical company. People dump them before the trial is done
