What are some good ideas for Internet businesses? I have $10,000 to start with. The goal is to build it up to the point where I can sell it for a lump sum and get a good profit.
Well a successful wealthy businesses doesn't happen over night. It takes months and maybe years before it becomes worth anything.
Start small with just a few friends then advertise that shit to other friends and they will tell other people about it and soon enough you'll have a wide range of people using your website. That's when other businesses will start asking to advertise on your website, that's when the money starts coming in.

Facebook was a good idea, so was Google. Just do that.
You have to do some research on what the market offers, what people want and think about ways existing ideas could be improved or simply come up with something new and interesting.
The later is much more difficult though, but it's also what makes people multimillionaires/billionaires.

Alright okay I got an idea for you what you're going to do is make a website where people can keep track of all the people they've had sex with so you could make individual profiles for all of your sexual partners and list traits about them and you can list what STDs they had and the date you contracted these STDs so you could like track each STD and the person you got it from and like the dates you got infected and so this be really useful for people to keep track of their sex lives and you can make it like social media so that people could share with their friends you know who they are having sex with and kind of network around sex and sexual partners and let everyone know you don't like so and so's got this STD shouldn't sleep with him or so and so's clean you should sleep with her instead etc etc anyway I think this is a really good idea and you'll make a lot of money hahahahahaha
