sell options and make that in one year. Flip a house make it in 6 months. Its a nice play don't get me wrong but you make a 30 year play with you know 50k+ when you've got a little left over. if you don't have a core position somewhere you need to focus on building that first.
I already work 40-50 hours a week and make a very comfortable living... I dont have time to micromanage that kinda shit tho.
