Pay off your debt, continue saving, buy a multihome/duplex/condo, live in one, rent out the other(s).

Keep searching for the job you want, keep trying stuff.
It took me 3 years out of college to finally find the job I wanted and enjoy what I do.
The first 3 jobs were fucking godawful.

Are you me? My situation is literally the same exact thing except I am $10k less in debt than you.

I seriously don't know what do to. If I could be applied somewhere I'm sure I'm worth 70k. I'm smart, capable, hard working, just don't know how tf do jump into my field.
From my Maths:
1- You can neatly afford your living expenses.
2- So pay your debt (even slowly) say pay 1/3 of it every year so you'll still have nearly 1/3 of your income after expenses.
3- Put your stuff in saving accounts and avoid spending (try to get fun for free as long as you are under-moneyed, i.e. torrents)
4- Keep looking for your dream job but don't escape discipline.
Worst case scenario you'll be debtless in 3 years-ish and you'll have saved north of 25k which should be enough to start a sizable portfolio in stocks (tip: invest in dividends and don't do anything crazy until you have 100k) or down pay a house.
