A received a communication from my bank a company whose stocks i own will be doing a reverse split soon (without additional information) and that i will be halted from trading my stocks. This information is nowhere on the internet.

What happens if i disclose this information?

No a revers split is when the corp or org converts 2 shares to the price one. Risky for short term but beneficial long term if market doesn't like it.
