Do you guys prefer to use phone or email when networking with contacts?
I only use Tox or 4chan to speak to people.

Phone is more effective & faster. Don't use email unless you have to send documents or something.
email for work and other administrative garbage
phone(texting) for actually keeping in touch with people

I have terrible anxiety about calling people unannounced, though. I always feel like I'll either catch them at a bad time or seem like too much of a pest and alienate them. So I send emails and then get discouraged when I don't get an instant reply (If any).
