I only have like 1000 bucks right now, and i dont really want to blow 10 dollars on a 100 dollar trade. Can i buy oil futures on robinhood? Can you short things on robinhood?

It serves a purpose. It's not bad, but doesn't provide much in the way of research for trades, etc. But it's free, so it's not bad.

Yes, and no. Margin trading is not available on RH, but you can buy UWTI/DWTI as long as you've got cash.
