Wholesale them. Local smaller shops would be easier to get into, because big chains like Walmart have all their distribution and buying worked out.

I would try a big local chain like bed bath n beyond and give them an extreme discount. If you cant dump them to a retailer then try auctioning them off on ebay. Someone out there will have the right connections and see an opportunity.
