Hi /biz/ first time posting here so if I'm on the wrong board just tell me
I work for a small business that sells fold o mats to walmart as a driver.
Issue here is I get paid minimum wage to do both the work of a sales rep and the driver but recently my boss has been telling me that I'll start getting paid based on the sales I make. Which is complete bullshit in my opinion because I'm just a driver. I'm already underpaid to be doing the work I do and now I feel that he's trying to short me of my pay.
What I wanna know is he allowed to make up whatever pay rate he wishes?

I can't yet because I'm dealing with a misdemeanor which prevents me from being hired by other places. I also need whatever income I can get to pay rent n shit.
