Buy an apartment complex or apartment building in an area that won't have people move out. You may need to leverage your money with a bank. Buy something close to or within your nearest large town or city. Be a landlord as your new job. Maybe hire others later on to make your work less and less, buy more property or get educated and work in another field.
I second becoming a landlord. Buy a 3-level split in a college town, not a nice one though as students aren't the most thoughtful people. Learn webdev so you can live your NEET lifestyle in peace
